What is an “INSTIMATE”? an instimate is a precise instant estimate. We pride ourselves on giving you an exact estimate with multiple products at multiple price points, at our first meeting. This is all possible by utilizing aerial drone imagery combined with our state of the art software estimation system. This instimate is never followed with high pressure or hassle tactics. Following the instimate, we show you our metal roofing options and their differences, so that you can make an informed decision.
INVESTMENT
We have invested a significant amount into equipment to provide you with a superior product, that is unmatched by any major box store, or local lumberyard. By forming the metal roofs ourselves, we are able to provide superior metal quality, thickness, and fade-resistance. We also have the ability to handle unique and custom details that may arise. This also allows for less project delays since we have excess inventory on hand when extra material is needed, no waiting for special ordering timelines.
INSTALLATION
A lifetime metal roof system needs a professional lifetime installation. Metal is unforgiving and you have to do it right the first time. We have created our own installation manual, and have defined how every detail is to go together, and we expect them to be completed that way. Our team only focuses on metal roof installations and have become experts in their craft. Our jobsite tools and equipment is specific only to metal roofing and allows a higher degree of precision in installation.
